Follow Yeux De PrincessesHi :)
Today i'm going to give you one of my number one success recipes.
Brownies are very easy to make and I've never met anyone that did not like them.

70gr butter
70gr chocolate (70% dark chocolate)
200gr sugar
1 packet of vanillasugar
2 eggs
80gr self-rising flour
15gr cocoa powder
(50gr walnuts/cranberries/...)

Preheat the oven on 180°C.
-Butter a tin (28x20 cm) and then sprinkle some flour over it. This way, the brownies will come
  out easily.
-Melt the butter and the chocolate in small pan on a low fire.
-Add the vanillasugar and the regular sugar, stirr till you have a smooth mixture.
-Remove your pan from the fire.
-Add (one by one) the eggs and again stirr till you have a smooth mixture. (this can take a few minutes)
-Blend the cocoa powder with the flour. Spoon the chocolate mixture in it until you have a smooth mass.
(If you want to join nuts or something else: this your moment!)
-Divide your dough in the buttered tin.(equally!)
Put them in the oven for about 30-40 minutes (depends on what oven you have)
You can check them by using a toothpick: if there's still dough on it, keep them in the oven
for another 5min.
Let your brownies first cool down 5min and then divide them into small squares.
Choose a nice plate and sprinkle some powdered sugar/coconut powder over it!

Emma :)
PS: sorry for having no more pictures, but I was tooooo chaotic in the kitchen :(
