In Italy, I found out Decenarios weren't kind of their thing. I saw something else with more coolness and attitude. The Cruciani bracelets. In Forte Dei Marmi there was this small booth with all kinds of it. I bought this 'Quadrifoglio' in light blue. They are quite expensive (5 to 20€) but I think it's better to buy a real Cruciani than a fake one.

Italian celebrities are also a great fond of it. On the Cruciani-site, you can see a bunch of pictures with the celebrities and their Cruciani.
