De Streekkrant

Deze post zou ik graag in het nederlands schrijven want het is enkel van toepassing op jullie ;) Vandaag verscheen namelijk de streekkrant met onze artikels :) Jammer genoeg kun je de streekkrant niet kopen en hij belandt enkel in de bus van mensen uit Kortrijk en omstreken. Dus taadaaaam je kan hem online lezen! Dus ik zou zeggen: zeker doen! Marie haar artikels zijn zeker de moeite waard (check: modieus over het festivalterrein). Ik leg dan weer het concept bloggen uit met enkele van mijn favorietjes! Enjoy :)

Forget the rest

I read this post today on fashionata (click here ) about border nails and I felt like trying this immediately. Forget about the marble nails (aaaaargh HATE IT) and all the other hardlabour(do you have 2hours) nailart!

Border nails are up! The actual goal is to reach a nail with a small border (border nails ha!) Sofie from fashionata uses a nailpolish pen to draw the border. I don't have the pen so I tried another way of making it.

First I used a base colour (here: miami from Mavala) and then tried to make a small square in it (khaki vintage from Mavala) to create the 'border-effect'. So I know it's far from perfect, but hey it's my first time. What do you think?

Studded shorts from Zara

I've seen lots of shorts like these but I couldn't find them anywhere so I was planning to make them myself, but I bumped in to these today and I'm so happy! They're sweet, but also kinda cool.

And you really should listen to how google translate pronounces the word 'cool', it's so funny!
